Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of AgentKit Cloud.
DRAFT — these terms have not yet been through legal review and are not binding. They outline the intended shape of the agreement; the binding version will replace this page before general availability.
The service
AgentKit Cloud relays LLM inference from your applications to the model providers you configure, governed by server-side agent profiles you define. You bring your own provider API keys; provider charges are between you and the provider.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for your end users' traffic and for complying with each provider's usage policies. We may suspend projects that threaten platform integrity (abuse, key compromise, provider policy violations) and will notify you when we do.
Billing and availability
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. The service is provided without an availability guarantee while in early access; a formal SLA will accompany the binding version of these terms.
