Privacy Policy

How AgentKit Cloud handles your data and your end users' data.

DRAFT — this policy has not yet been through legal review and is not final. It describes the system as built; the binding version will replace this page before general availability.
What we store
Account data: your email address, project configuration, agent profiles, and billing status. Usage records: token counts, request identifiers, model and provider names, timestamps, and a one-way hash of your end users' identifiers — never their raw IDs. Provider API keys you configure are encrypted at rest with per-project authenticated encryption.
What we do not store
The relay is stateless: conversation content (messages, tool results, media payloads) passes through to your configured provider and is not persisted. Each request carries its own snapshot; nothing is retained after the stream closes.
Retention
Usage records and audit log entries are retained for the period your plan specifies and deleted automatically after it elapses. Records from the current billing month are kept regardless of plan, because they gate your monthly quotas.
